Back in 2019, my co-founder and I were running separate consulting practices in Bangkok. We kept hitting the same wall — businesses had mountains of financial data but no practical way to understand what it actually meant for their operations.
Spreadsheets became nightmares. Quarterly reviews took weeks instead of days. And the insights that mattered most? They got buried under formulas nobody could maintain after the person who built them left.
So we built something different. Not another dashboard promising miracles. Just straightforward analysis tools that help business owners see patterns in their activity, spot inefficiencies, and make better decisions without needing a finance degree.
The journey from frustration to building a platform that actually helps businesses understand their numbers
Lost a major client because their previous consultant's Excel models were impossible to update. Three months of revenue tracking just vanished. That's when we knew something had to change in how financial analysis gets done.
Started with eight manufacturing companies around Nonthaburi. They needed cash flow visibility without hiring full-time analysts. Our early tools were rough, but they solved real problems and people actually used them daily.
Rebuilt everything based on what we learned. Added activity tracking, comparative analysis, and scenario planning. Now supporting 140+ businesses across Thailand with tools that adapt to their specific industries and reporting needs.
Mid-2022 brought our biggest test. A retail client had three locations with completely different accounting systems. Their CFO needed consolidated activity reports weekly, but manual reconciliation took two people four days.
We spent six weeks building custom integration protocols. The result? Reports that now generate in under 20 minutes. That project taught us more about real business needs than our entire first year combined.
It also showed us that businesses don't need complexity. They need clarity. And that's been our north star since.
